Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, materials, and digital assets displayed or produced by Arara Trading & Decorations (“Arara”) are protected under applicable intellectual property laws in the State of Qatar and internationally.

 

By using this website or engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Ownership of Designs & Creative Work

All designs created by Arara—including but not limited to:

  • Interior design concepts

  • Architectural layouts

  • 3D renderings

  • Mood boards

  • Technical drawings

  • Custom furniture designs

  • Material selections

  • Branding and visual identities

  • Written content and descriptions

remain the exclusive intellectual property of Arara Trading & Decorations unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement.

Clients are granted limited usage rights solely for the purpose of reviewing and approving designs for their project.

2. Website Content Rights

All content on this website—including images, graphics, text, videos, layout, icons, and logos—is owned by Arara or licensed to us.
No content may be:

  • Copied

  • Reproduced

  • Distributed

  • Modified

  • Uploaded

  • Posted

  • Republished

  • Sold or used commercially

without prior written consent from Arara Trading & Decorations.

3. Prohibition on Unauthorized Use

Clients and visitors may not:

  • Share Arara’s design files with external contractors

  • Execute Arara’s designs through third parties

  • Misuse or alter design outputs

  • Claim Arara’s work as their own

  • Use Arara’s photos or brand assets for commercial or promotional use without consent

Any misuse of Arara’s intellectual property may result in legal action and financial claims.

4. Custom Furniture Designs

All custom-made furniture drawings, construction details, and design specifications remain the intellectual property of Arara unless a Design Rights Purchase Agreement is signed and paid for separately.

Without purchasing design rights, clients are NOT permitted to reproduce Arara’s furniture designs elsewhere.

5. Licensed Images & Third-Party Materials

Some images or materials used on our website may be provided under license by third-party creators. These materials must not be downloaded, copied, or reused by clients.

6. Trademarks & Branding

The name Arara Trading & Decorations, its logo, icons, slogans, and brand elements are protected trademarks.
Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

7. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations

If you believe any content or design belonging to Arara has been copied or misused, please contact us immediately for investigation and action.

8. Legal Enforcement

Arara reserves the right to pursue legal remedies under Qatari law against any individual or entity that violates our intellectual property rights.
