Terms of Service

Arara Trading & Decor – Qatar

These Terms of Service govern all design, decoration, furniture, fit-out, and related services provided by Arara Trading & Decorations (“Arara”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to the client (“Client”, “you”).

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms:

1. Scope of Services

Arara provides interior design, custom furniture manufacturing, material selection consultancy, fit-out works, architectural planning, and project management.
The exact scope, deliverables, and pricing will be detailed in the official quotation or project proposal issued to the Client.

2. Consultation Services

Consultation fees (if applicable) must be paid prior to the meeting or site visit.
Consultation includes concept guidance, layout suggestions, material recommendations, and budget direction.
Consultation fees are non-refundable.

3. Quotations & Validity

Quotes are valid for 15–30 days, unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change based on material availability, supplier updates, or design modifications requested by the Client.
Any changes to scope will require a revised quotation.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments must be made according to the payment schedule written in the quotation.
Standard terms: 60% upfront, 40% upon completion (or as agreed per project).
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, payment link (Visa / Mastercard / Apple Pay).
Cheques are NOT accepted.
Work will not begin until the initial payment is received.
Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

5. Custom Furniture Orders

All custom-made items are produced per Client’s approved design, materials, dimensions, and finishes.
Once production begins, changes cannot be made unless approved in writing and may incur additional costs.
Custom items are non-refundable.

6. Design Deliverables

Design files, renderings, drawings, and layouts provided by Arara remain the intellectual property of Arara unless full design rights are purchased separately.
Designs may not be reused, reproduced, or executed by third parties without written approval.

7. Timeline & Project Duration

Estimated timelines are provided during quotation but may change due to:
- Material availability
- Supplier timelines
- Client response delays
- Force majeure events
Arara is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

8. Materials, Finishes & Variations

Natural materials such as wood, stone, and marble may have variations in color, veining, and texture. These are not considered defects.
Fabric colors and finishes may vary slightly from samples due to dye batches or lighting conditions.
Final product variations are normal and accepted by the Client.

9. Fit-Out & Installation

Installation dates will be scheduled after materials and products arrive.
Client must ensure accessibility to the site (e.g., building permissions, access hours, elevator availability).
Arara is not responsible for delays caused by site conditions or contractor coordination not handled by Arara.

10. Client Responsibilities

The Client must:

Provide accurate information and measurements (if no site visit is included).
Approve designs, materials, and layouts in a timely manner.
Ensure site readiness for fit-out or installation.
Communicate any concerns within reasonable time.

11. Changes & Additional Work

Any request outside the agreed scope (extra drawings, material changes, new items) will be billed separately.
A variation order will be issued for approval before proceeding.

12. Warranty & Defects

Manufacturing defects reported within 7–14 days of delivery will be repaired or replaced at Arara’s discretion.
Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, improper installation by third parties, or natural material variations.

13. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits and payments for custom items, materials, or services already initiated are non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled by the Client, the Client remains responsible for completed work, purchased materials, and supplier charges.

14. Intellectual Property

All designs, visuals, texts, drawings, and branding elements created by Arara remain its intellectual property.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

15. Liability

Arara is not liable for:

Damages resulting from third-party contractors not hired by Arara
Delays beyond our control
Pre-existing structural issues or client-provided measurements
Client-provided materials or items

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Qatari regulations.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By signing a quotation, paying a deposit, or engaging our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
