Prohibited Uses – Arara Trading & Decor

Clients agree NOT to misuse Arara’s services, products, designs, intellectual property, or communication channels.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

1. Unauthorized Use of Designs

Clients may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or share Arara’s designs, drawings, 3D renderings, layouts, or concepts with any third party.

• Use Arara’s design files for execution with another contractor or company without written permission.

• Claim Arara’s work as their own.

2. Misrepresentation of Information

Clients may not:

• Provide false project information, inaccurate measurements, or misleading documents.

• Conceal site conditions that affect design, installation, or safety.

3. Unapproved Modifications

Clients may not:

• Alter approved designs, materials, or specifications without notifying Arara.

• Request external contractors to modify Arara’s installed work without proper approval.

4. Disruption of Operations

Clients may not:

• Interfere with Arara staff, suppliers, installers, or project managers.

• Enter work zones without authorization.

• Request work that violates safety codes or building regulations in Qatar.

5. Abuse or Misconduct

Clients may not:

• Engage in rude, abusive, or aggressive behavior toward Arara’s team.

• Use threatening language, harassment, or intimidation.

6. Unauthorized Use of Brand Materials

Clients may not:

• Use Arara’s logo, branding, photos, or marketing materials without written consent.

• Create fake advertisements or claim partnership without approval.

7. Misuse of Payment Methods

Clients may not:

• Dispute valid payments improperly.

• Attempt chargebacks after receiving products or services.

• Request illegal or unrecorded payment methods.

8. Illegal or Harmful Activities

Clients may not:

• Use Arara’s services for fraudulent, unethical, or illegal purposes.

• Request designs or constructions that violate local building laws, fire codes, or civil regulations.

9. Damage to Property or Products

Clients may not:

• Misuse or damage delivered furniture, materials, samples, or installations.

• Hold Arara liable for damages caused by third-party contractors.

10. Unauthorized Site Access and Delays

Clients may not:

• Block Arara’s team from accessing the site after scheduling.

• Cause unnecessary delays that affect other projects or agreed timelines.
